Nonna Silivia's can turn that dream into reality on Tuesday August 10, 2010! Join us for our most popular event of the summer! We will taste our way through sparkling wines from Italy. Moscato & Prosecco wines are pitch-perfect for backyard parties or just casual summer drinking. Prosecco is a Venetian grape that is most known for being the key ingredient in the famed Bellini cocktail. Moscato is made from the also popular Moscato Bianco grape that gives the wine its signature sweet taste. Guest speaker Matthew Marani from Mionetto USA will educate us about these Italian sparkling wines that will be accompanied by gourmet appetizers prepared by Chef Steven Marti & Chef John Giannini.
