First Course - Portobello Mushrooms
Grilled and served with fresh tomatoes in a balsamic reduction, topped with gorgonzola.

Wine: Sauvignon Blanc Arido 2008

Second Course - Risotto Alla Bolognese
Four cheese risotto paired with a wild boar meat ragu, topped with shaved parmigiano.

Wine: Vistalba Corte C 2007 (Malbec/ Merlot)

Intermezzo- Sorbetto Di Limone
Intermission of lemon sorbet.

Third Course - Agnello Arrosoto
French cut New Zealand rack of lamb marinated with fresh herbs and lemon, grilled to perfection, served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes.

Fourth Course - Crostata Di Mele
Apple tart filled with fresh northern apples and a crunchy crumble topping.
